冷鐵成，哈爾濱工業大學管理學院金融系教授、博士生導師。研究領域為公司金融、創業創新、政治金融。研究成果發表在Review of Financial Studies、Management Science、《金融研究》等學術期刊。目前，他擔任牛津大學《中國經濟與商業研究期刊》（Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies，JCEBS）副主編。

內容簡介：

This paper investigates the impact of firm-level labor supply shocks driven by the gig economy on corporate investment, leveraging the staggered expansion of the leading online delivery platform, Ele.me, into 245 major cities in China between 2010 and 2015. The findings reveal that firm investment declines as a result of reduced employment and rising wages following the platform’s geographic expansion. These effects are more pronounced for labor-intensive or less innovative firms, as well as in regions with significant labor shortages and higher mobile phone penetration. By analyzing extensive data on job postings across China, we further find a negative correlation between the availability of local gig work opportunities and corporate investment. Finally, firms respond to the labor shortages induced by the platform’s expansion by increasing investment in labor-saving automation technologies.

本文利用領先的在線配送平臺餓了么在2010年至2015年間向中國245個主要城市的交錯擴張，研究了零工經濟驅動的企業層面勞動力供應沖擊對企業投資的影響。調查結果顯示，由于平臺的地理擴張導致就業減少和工資上漲，公司投資下降。這些影響對于勞動密集型或創新性較低的公司，以及勞動力嚴重短缺和手機普及率較高的地區更為明顯。通過分析中國各地招聘信息的大量數據，我們進一步發現當地零工機會的可用性與企業投資之間存在負相關關系。最后，企業通過增加對節省勞動力的自動化技術的投資來應對平臺擴張造成的勞動力短缺。
